Afternoon: 12pm-1pm Monday - Friday
Evening: 7pm-8:30 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Both classes include; kickboxing, BJJ, and wrestling.
Cardio Kickboxing
Evening: 6pm-7pm Monday - Friday
Class includes various workouts on bags with drills to help you get in-shape and increase your skill level in kickboxing!
Teen MMA
Evening: 7pm-8:30 Tuesdays and Thursdays
Teen MMA classes keep them in shape in the off season as well as learning how to defend themselves. we train BJJ, kickboxing, and Wrestling.
kids 6+
Group A: 4:30pm-6:00pm Mondays and Wednesday
Group B: 4:30pm-6:00pm Tuesday and Thursdays
Kids 6+ will be in ether groups depending on schedule and dictates where the coaches place the kids. They will safely learn the fundamentals of wrestling and other martial arts with closely supervised and experienced coaching.
Lil Tigers 4-6
Group A: 4:00pm-5:30pm Mondays and Wednesday
Group B:4:00pm-5:30pm Tuesdays and Thursdays
Kids 4-6 will be in ether groups depending on schedule and dictates where the coaches place the kids. They will safely learn the fundamentals of wrestling and other martial arts with closely supervised and experienced coaching.

Here are some tips for what to wear to your first martial arts class:
Make sure to bring a mouth guard (will not be able to participate without one)
Avoid wearing loose or baggy clothing,(Rash guard or tight clothing is recommended)
DO NOT any clothing that have zippers, or pockets.
If you have any concerns about what to wear, ask your instructor for advice.
Yes, MMA can be safe for beginners when taught by experienced instructors in a controlled environment. At Jackson's Four Corners MMA, safety is our top priority. We start with fundamental techniques, emphasize proper form, and ensure a gradual progression as you build skills. With the right guidance and respect for your training partners, MMA can be a safe and enjoyable for all skill levels.
The frequency of your training depends on your goals and availability. To see consistent progress, we recommend starting with 2-4 classes per week. This allows you to develop a solid foundation. As you advance, you might choose to train more frequently. Remember, consistency and dedication are key to improving, so find a schedule that works for you and stick with it.
